The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

The Legend of Zelda is one of the most coveted and appreciated properties in the Action/Adventure game world. Not only is it a delight to play, but it has an extraordinary lore as well. Since Nintendo is launching a new console, we are also getting a new Zelda game for it, in the form of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild!

The game allows us to explore Hyrule and we play, once again, as Link, who is amnesiac in this story, and he tries to get back his memories, all while battling a new threat in the form of Calamity Ganon.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild comes with a new gameplay when compared to the other titles. You have a massive open world, voice acting, a physics engine as well as the ability to play through dungeons in any way you want.

Just like many of the other Zelda games beforehand, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will feature quite a bit of platforming and combat. The game features a new type of combat which is realistic, yet distinct and exciting as well. Moreover, there are hundreds of unique items to explore and acquire throughout the game world. As a result, you will have no problem customizing your character and the gameplay experience in any way you deem fit.

The game does an extraordinary job at offering unique ways to explore the game world in any way you might want to do so. There are virtually no restrictions aside from the story, which means that you can easily explore the world and have fun within it if you so desire.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild does come with a broad range of side quests as well. You can quickly switch between the type of quests that you are interested in whenever you want, and that on its shows the unique gameplay and fun you can obtain from it.

Weapons break, you will need to cook food to eat and restore some of your health, you will even have to find new technologies as you play. One of them, named Sheikah Slate, will be needed if you want to see the game map and view the enemy stats as well. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is very realistic in this regard, and it does provide you a sense of survival as you explore the unique gameplay mechanics listed here.

Like many Nintendo titles released in recent years, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild does offer complete support for the Amiibo figurines, and these can be used to alter some of the game mechanics. It’s a nice change of pace from the previous titles, and it may be a bit hard to get used to so much new content, but The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has the potential to become the ultimate RPG! Thankfully, the game is almost here, as it releases on 3 March 2017!
